AMAZING, first Sara at front desk probably does not get the recognition from customers she deserves, i had 2 gift cards, one with a balance one with full amount, she simplified 2 different transactions with 2 different people, Julie started me off with a HydraFacial followed up by a derma planning. Julie explained all the steps and why they were important. Her approach is calm and nurturing, her kindness and compassion shine thru. Next i had Courtney who is new to me.
