Lighten Pigmentation and Even Skin Tone

Safe for all skin types

Ultra is a low-downtime laser that resurfaces the skin, giving it a brighter tone and improved texture.  Treatments can be customized for the condition of the skin by the level of aggressiveness.

Common Questions:

How does it feel?

Discomfort during Ultra treatments is variable. Most patients describe the sensation as “mild to moderate” discomfort and can tolerate the treatment without any topical numbing cream. We do offer a zimmer chiller that is guided by the patient to further minimize the discomfort.

Is there any downtime?

You will experience mild redness following your Ultra treatment that will last about a day or two. You will be able to resume normal activities immediately. Makeup (we recommend Oxygenetics breathable foundation/SPF) may be applied based upon direction from your provider. In most cases, there is mild flaking that resolves within 5 to 7 days.

How long does the treatment take?

Treatments range from 10 to 30 minutes depending upon the area being treated. Small spots of pigmentation can be targeted and take only minutes, whereas some areas of the body like chest, or full face and neck can take about 30 minutes.

How many treatments will I need?

Depending upon your skin condition and expectations, you may see results after a single visit. In most cases, we recommend at least 3 treatments 4 weeks apart.

Is Ultra safe for all skin types and body areas?

Yes! Anyone can benefit from this technology on any body area!
