She answered all my questions thoroughly and made the PRF blood draw quick and easy. Then, I met Carlene for my microneedling with exosomes. She was very informative, explaining every step of the process, and gave me personalized recommendations without any pressure to add more treatments.Two weeks after my treatment, my skin is glowing feels tighter and my fine lines on my forehead are less visible ! Everyone keeps asking me about my secret, and I’ve been recommending Aponi to them without hesitation.The only downside was my experience with the front desk staff. When I asked for help setting up my account for my next visit and the rewards program, the receptionist seemed uninterested. Instead of assisting me, she just kept repeating, “Have a good day.” I even mentioned that I wanted to sign up before paying, but she still dismissed me. A warm and helpful farewell is just as important as a welcoming greeting—it makes a big difference in ensuring clients return.That being said, I won’t take off a star because the excellent care I received from the staff far outweighed this minor issue.
