Look fresh around the clock
Wake up in with highlighted features – that’s the benefit of permanent cosmetics
How long does permanent makeup last?
The treatment is permanent and will not wash off with soap and water but will fade overtime. Retouching within 3 years of the initial application is typical, but lifestyle determines the longevity of the results (i.e. sun exposure, use of retinols and acids, chlorinated pools, etc.)
What areas can be treated?
- Eyeliner – upper and lower
- Eyebrows
What can be expected during the procedure?
After properly cleansing and sanitizing the area, numbing medication can be administered to minimize any discomfort associated with the treatment. Numbing is available in a topical form or through an injection of lidocaine. Slight pressure is experienced while the technician is applying the pigments.
What are the expected results?
The area treated will become red and swollen for about 24 hours post-op. The pigmented area will appear darker immediately following and will lighten over the next week. Most patients are able to return to work right after the procedure and with proper care, recovery time is 5 to 10 days. It is recommended to apply Vaseline to the treated area for up to a week.
Is the procedure safe?
Yes. All procedures are performed in a physician’s office under strict sanitation and sterilization rules and are administered by well-trained, certified technicians using prepackaged, sterilized, disposable needles, and tools. All pigments are natural, hypoallergenic, and approved by the FDA for cosmetic use.
